This cute little Dream Team box from This Works contains two of their much raved about products in miniature sizes. The Deep Sleep Pillow Spray 5ml and The Deep Sleep Stress Less rollerball 5ml. I have always envied people who can fall asleep within seconds.. One of the hardest things for me is making myself fall asleep! On some occasions I am extremely tired but still find it difficult to sleep.
The rollerball and the spray are both aroma therapeutic solutions. Both products have a strong relaxing lavender scent. I cant deny how wonderfully relaxing these two products smell. But if you are some one like me who really struggles to fall in to their slumber then don't expect these to lull you to sleep. Its pleasant to be surrounded by these scents but I would not describe these as being wonder products. As much as I love the lavender and eucalyptus smelling rollerball I find that once applied the scent disappears within a few minutes. The pair are great for helping you feel calm and at ease but I would not recommend these for someone who has sleeping problems.
